1. Acceptance

By accessing archivooo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Licenses

Each image is licensed under the specific terms chosen at checkout. Licenses are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Downloading an image without purchasing a license is prohibited.

3. Photographer content

Photographers retain copyright over their images. By publishing an image on archivooo, photographers grant archivooo the right to display the watermarked preview publicly and to facilitate licensing to buyers under the terms described.

4. Prohibited content

Content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of third parties is prohibited and will be removed. Repeat violations result in account termination.

5. Limitation of liability

archivooo is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
