Data we collect

Account information (email, name, and for photographers an optional legal name that only you and archivooo admins can see), the bank details you give us to receive a payment or to pay a License fee by transfer, images uploaded, metadata you provide, and standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps).

How we use it

To operate the service, invoice License fees and pay Photographers, send transactional emails (via Resend), and improve archivooo. We do not sell your data.

Third parties

Resend (email), Clouding (hosting and storage), OpenStreetMap (maps). Each operates under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact form.

Cookies

We use one session cookie for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Our visitor statistics are cookieless and anonymous: we count page views against an identifier derived from your IP address and browser that is rebuilt from scratch every day and cannot be reversed or linked to you across days. Nothing is stored on your device, and no analytics data is shared with anyone.
